Pan Fry. Rare 6 - 8 mins. Medium 8 - 10 mins. Well Done 10-12 mins. Preheat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Once oil is hot, add steak, and turn once halfway through cooking. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the meat, the cooking instructions provided are a base guide. For thicker steaks, additional cooking time may be required. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the steak to rest in the pan for 5 minutes. To serve: Slice against the grain and spoon over any remaining pan juices.
