May be served hot or cold. Best eaten cold. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Spread herring fillets evenly on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. Heat for 8 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. 2 or more packs may require further heating. (Time 8 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
