Air fry. For best results air fry. Air Fry 180°C - 14 mins/ chilled ……Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions). Remove all packaging. Place products in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to cook for 12 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Separate meat by shredding with 2 forks and return to air fryer for a further 2 minutes. …Stand for one minute. Drain the juices and serve. All appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

OVEN HEAT …Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Remove chicken from pouch, tip contents into an ovenproof dish. Cover with foil. Heat in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove foil and return to oven for 10 minutes. Drain off the juices. To serve pull the meat with two forks and mix carefully, serve. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
