Brought to you by Dishpatch, elevate your festive canapés with Angela Hartnett's hand-rolled arancini. Made in the traditional style, 12 are filled with cacio e pepe Pecorino cheese and freshly milled black pepper while 12 combine porcini and button mushrooms with mozzarella and a touch of truffle. Coated in breadcrumbs and pre-fried, they're guaranteed to bake to a golden, crisp shell. "I think it's a perfect canapé," says Angela. Simply heat in the oven and serve.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan. Remove the arancini from the fridge and remove the outer packaging 10 minutes before cooking. 1. Place the cacio e pepe arancini & the mushroom & truffle arancini on paper lined tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes, until crisp. 2. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before tucking in. CHEFS TIP: Angela likes to serve with a little extra Parmesan grated over the top. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time 20 minutes, Oven: 220, Fan: 200)
