Skink comes from Scots Gaelic and Cullen from the fishing port near our base in north-east Scotland. The finest haddock is specially selected and smoked over wood chips in our finest smokeries, before adding fresh Scottish potatoes, onions and double cream. The result is Cullen skink, a rich and evocative smoked haddock chowder. It’s taste of the sea, a taste of Scotland, and a creamy, dreamy treat for you and your family.
