Lentil and Smoked Bacon SoupComforting. Meaty. Rich texture. Warming. Our lentil & bacon soup is prepared with all the care and focus on quality that makes Baxters stand out. We use double-smoked bacon to add rich, smoky flavour. Then we puree half of the red lentils with carrots, onions and potatoes to create a hearty base, before adding the remaining lentils for extra texture. The result is a bacon and lentil soup with the perfect combination of taste and texture in every spoonful.
