All you need is: 60g Melted butter or 90ml (6 tbsp) vegetable oil 2 Medium eggs Prep. Time: 10 mins Baking time: 20-25 mins Baking: 1 (20x20cm) square tin Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer's instructions)/Gas mark 4. 3 Simple steps! 1. Mix brownie mix, butter and eggs (or brownie mix, oil and eggs) in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until well blended (mixture may be lumpy). Do not eat unbaked batter. 2. Spread the mixture evenly into the lightly greased square tin. 3. Bake in the center of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a rounded knife inserted 5cm (2") from the edge of the tin comes out almost clean. Allow to cool before cutting into slices and serve.
