All you need is: 3 medium eggs 90ml vegetable oil (6tbsp) or 100g melted butter 180ml water or 180ml milk 1 tub of Betty Crocker? Zesty Lemon Icing (Icing is not included) Prep. Time: 10 mins Baking time: 23-28 mins Baking: Two 20cm cake tins or Two 12 cupcake muffin/cupcake tins (and 24 cupcake cases Preheat oven to 180? (160? for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4. For cupcakes use fan assisted oven to 160?. Grease tins and preferably line base with baking parchment or greaseproof paper. For cupcakes line 2 regular muffin/cupcake tins with cupcake cases. 3 Simple steps! 1. Beat cake mix, oil, water and eggs (or cake mix, butter, milk and eggs) in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds; increase speed to medium for further 2 minutes (or beat for 3 minutes with large spoon or wire whisk). Do not eat unbaked batter. Do not eat unbaked batter. 2. Pour into tins. For cupcakes pour mixture evenly into the cupcake cases. 3. Bake for 23-28 minutes or until a skewer in the centre comes out clean. For cupcakes bake the 2 muffin/cupcake tins at the same time for 18-22 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in tins then remove from tins. Cool completely, fill and ice with Betty Crocker? zesty lemon icing.
