Elec 220°C/ Fan 200°C, Gas 7 (add 5 mins), 30 mins1 Pre-heat oven and remove the film from both trays. Unfold the foil & tightly wrap over the top of the rice tray.2 Place both wooden trays on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.3 After cooking, make sure it's piping hot.Not suitable for freezing.Not suitable for microwave or air fryer.Please do not grill.
