Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Place half of the pack of butternut squash in a non-metallic bowl. Cover with lid or microwaveable film and pierce in several places. Heat on FULL POWER , stirring halfway through cooking. Stand 2 minutes before serving. Microwave Frozen. CAT D 800W 4 1/2 mins. CAT E 900W 4 mins. CAT E 1000W 3 1/2 mins (800W: 4 1/2 minutes, 900W: 4 minutes, 1000W: 3 1/2 minutes)
Oven cook
From Frozen
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Spread over a lightly greased baking tray. Place in centre of oven. Turn halfway through cooking. (Time 30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
