Cured Calabrian Salami Paste - Dried and Seasoned
Pronounced en-doo-ya, this smooth and spicy, brick-red paste of pork, chilli and extra virgin olive oil hails from Calabria, on the toe of the Italian boot. There, they enjoy it spread on crusty bread  often together with fresh goats curd. You can use it in cooking, too. Stir a little through warm pasta, add a few blobs to a frittata, use to dot a pizza, or pop (with a few cherry tomatoes) into a steaming pot of mussels. Here at Waitrose, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure selected farms meet our specified Italian pork standards for animal welfare and traceability.
