Preparation and Usage
Chef's Tip: Add a knob of butter for added succulence and season with salt and pepper for taste.

Pan Fry. Time: 6-8 mins. Remove all packaging. Slice the fillet into 2.5cm thick slices. Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and cook on medium heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat. Turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. ………Chef's Tip: Add a knob of butter for added succulence and season with salt and pepper for taste.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan on medium heat and fry fillet for 2 minutes each side. Transfer to a roasting tray and place in centre of the oven for the remaining time. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes before carving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 4 mins per 100g, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
