SIMMER: 30 mins. Allow approximately 40g of beans per 80g cooked serving. Wash thoroughly. Soak overnight in plenty of fresh cold water. ……Place drained beans in a saucepan and cover with fresh water. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 30 minutes or until cooked and tender. Drain and serve.
