Preheat oven. …Remove sleeve, film lid and sachet of sauce. …Place the foil tray on a baking tray and ensure chicken is not overlapping in the tray. Cook in centre of oven for 20 minutes. Pour sachet of sauce over chicken and cook for a further 10 minutes and until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. …Ensure food is piping hot before serving. …To serve mix cooking juices with sauce in tray and pour over chicken. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
