On the palate, bright citrus leads into ripe pear, dried fruits, and a touch of marzipan. Fresh, well-balanced, and gently rounded, it finishes long and elegant. An excellent companion to grilled oily fish, garlic-infused seafood, oven-roasted poultry, creamy pasta dishes, mushroom risotto, and soft, delicate cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.
