Time : 3-4 mins. Based on cooking approx. 250g. Remove 250g from packaging. Place broad beans in a pan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes. Drain. MEDIUM HEAT: 5 - 6 minutes. Based on cooking approx. 250g. Remove 250g from packaging. Place broad beans in a steamer and cover. Steam for 5 - 6 minutes, on medium heat.
