Roast
Gas 7, 220°C, Fan 200°C, 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Adjust times accordingly to your particular oven. (For fan assisted ovens cooking times should be reduced. For best results refer to manufacturer's handbook.) Wash and peel the parsnips, and cut into even sized pieces. Carefully add to a roasting tin with 4 tbsp of hot oil and roast on the top shelf of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender.
