Preparation and Usage
Wash before use.

Boil
Simmer 20 mins
Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces. Place in a pan with just enough water to cover and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer until tender. Drain and serve. If you would like to mash drain well and mash with a little butter and milk.

Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove all packaging. Pierce the skin several times and place on a microwavable plate. For a crispy skin follow the microwave instructions and then place in the oven at Fan 180°C for 20 minutes.

Air Fry 35-45 mins
Cut potatoes into even-sized pieces. Place into air fryer, add oil and season to taste. Cook until golden. Or toss in oil and season to taste place on a baking tray and bake on the top shelf for 35-45 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn occasionally.
Oven cook
Roast
Gas 7, 220°C, Fan 200°C, 45-50 mins
Preheat the oven. Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces. Parboil for 10 minutes. Drain then shake the pan to roughen the surfaces of the potatoes. Heat 4 tbsp of vegetable oil in a roasting tin. Add the potatoes and turn in the hot oil.
Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 45-50 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn occasionally.

Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 1 hrs 20 mins - 1 hrs 30 mins
Preheat the oven. Pierce the skin several times. Place directly onto the oven shelf and bake until the potato has a crispy skin and soft centre.
