Cognac made from wines exclusively from the cru Grande Champagne, distilled in charentais pot still. It is a blend of eaux de vies aged at least 2 years in French oak casks. 20% of the blend is aged in Sauternes casks. The final product is reduced to 46% alcohol by volume, then slightly filtered before bottling.

Storage and Usage
Since the spirits are not subject to oxidation, they can be stored over a long period.…However, for optimum consumption, the bottles should preferably be kept standing upright, properly capped, in a dry and temperate place, protected from light. Spirits are not concerned by Maximal Sustainability Date and consumer date.
