This gives way to a soft and chewy interior with a delicate yet moreish flavour. HOW TO ENJOY The GAIL’s white baguette can be enjoyed sliced lengthways and spread thinly with butter, then layered with brie and slices of heritage tomatoes, scattering with torn basil for extra freshness. STORAGE Baked fresh and never with any preservatives, we recommend storing GAIL’s bread in a cool, dry place. To keep the bread for longer, slice immediately and store in an airtight container in the freezer, taking out slices and toasting, as desired.
