Coat: Choose and prepare 800g of meat, fish or vegetables, then thoroughly coat in the marinade. Cool: Place in the fridge for 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum flavour). Cook: Simply barbecue, grill or oven cook until done. Chef's tip: Add some yoghurt to use this as a green chutney for tandoori marinated dishes.
