Delhi Chicken Tikka Masala Curry in 3 Easy Steps 1: Ingredients you'll need: 400g Diced Boneless Chicken Breasts 2: Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add the chicken and lightly sauté for 2-3 minutes. 3: Add Holy Cow! Delhi Tikka Curry Sauce. Simmer for 7-8 mins or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice or naan (maybe a beer!). More Tips to make your dish Extra Special: 1: For best results, use Chicken Tikka pieces or boneless Tandoori Chicken instead of fresh chicken. (Chicken Tikka - pre-marinated and baked boneless chicken available in most supermarkets). 2: Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
