Cooking Info

Steam (From Frozen)

1. Poke holes in greaseproof paper to line a colander (or use a steamer liner)2. Place the colander above a pan of softly boiling water3. Place dim'sum in the colander, cover with a lid and steam for 12 mins4. Leave to stand for 1 min
