Cooking Instructions (General)

Add your favourite sauce to the dipping well, serve & enjoy! Warning: Contents will be hot!For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary. Please ensure dim'sum are cooked until piping hot. Do not re-Heat once cooked.

Microwave (From Frozen)

1. Place sealed bag of dim'sum in the microwave^Please do not open or pierce bag!]2. Microwave for 2 mins ^900W] or 2 mins 20 seconds ^750W]3. Remove tray from bag and leave to stand for 3 mins

Steam (From Frozen)

1. Poke holes in greaseproof paper to line a colander ^or use a steamer liner]2. Place the colander above a pan of softly boiling water3. Place dim'sum in the colander, cover with a lid and steam for 12 mins4. Leave to stand for 1 min
