As tempting as it may be, do not eat the raw dough. This product requires cooking. Get hands on For beautifully flaky layers and to avoid cracks, rest your pastry for 5 minutes before using. 1. Pre-heat your oven to 220?/200? (fan)/Gas Mark 7 and begin to prepare your ingredients. 2. When you're ready, remove the dough from the packaging and unroll. Leave the pastry on the baking paper. 3. Add your fillings and bake for about 20 minutes. For heavier toppings, thicker dough, or a different oven type, it might need a little extra time. Top tip Skip the rolling pin as it'll flatten the layers. If you need to neaten any edges, just do it gently by hand Got a bit leftover? Why not twist with a bit of cheese and bake into light, golden puff straws... a tasty win!
