Our Loved & Found wines are lesser-known varieties from around the world, carefully chosen by our buyers. Nero di Troia is one of Puglia's native red grape varieties, historically relegated to add colour and structure to red wine blends. It is only in recent years that winemakers have begun experimenting with it as a standalone variety, revealing its excellent character and potential to produce red and rosé wines of true regional distinction. A true staple of the region, the fruity profile and bright acidity of Puglian rosé make it a great match for the local cuisine, including fresh tomato salads, grilled seafood, and light pasta dishes.
