Serving ideas: To make a smoothie that is one of your five a day blend 80g of Tropical Fruit Mix with 150ml of apple juice. For perfect smoothies, blend the entire pack straight from the freezer with 700ml - 1litre of apple juice. Use more or less juice based on your preference for thickness, and for fewer servings adjust the quantities accordingly and put the rest back in the freezer. A single 150ml serving will provide one of your five-a-day. Once made keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
