Recreate this classic with our quick and easy ramen and super tasty broth made with our signature miso, golden sesame oil and handmade dashi. Dashi is the name for real Japanese stock and forms the backbone of Japanese cuisine. Our dashi is made the authentic way, we steep aged shitake mushrooms and kombu (Japanese kelp) in water for 24 hours to create an umami rich base which draws out the deep flavours of our miso. Mmm.. Miso Tasty!

Preparation and Usage

Quick & Easy 1 Cook Noodles 2 Make Miso Broth 3 Add Your Favourite Toppings Miso Easy for 1 Double Up for 2 1. Boil noodles for 6 mins until soft. 2. Drain, rinse with cold water and return to pan. 3. In a bowl, empty the contents of the miso & sesame oil sachet and add 200ml of boiling water to complete the broth. 4. Prepare toppings. 5. Pour miso broth into the pan with noodles and heat up. 6. Pour noodles and broth into bowl, add toppings and finish with the wakame seaweed, spring onion and sesame seeds garnish sachet.
