2 Skinless and boneless cod fillets in a batter coating.

Our No. 1 Bubbly Battered Cod Fillets are perfect for home made fish and chips. We take delicately flaky, skinless and boneless cod fillets, and triple coat them for light, airy bubbles. Then we cook them in really hot oil, so the golden, bubbly batter has that authentic chip shop crunch. Simply oven bake and serve with chunky chips and mushy peas, or creamy tartare sauce. Caught using trawls, seines, hooks and lines in the North East Atlantic. The cod in this product comes from a fishery that has been independently certified to the MSCs environmental standard for fishing. msc.org
