Scottish skin on salmon fillets, kiln smoked over cherrywood, alder, birch and oak, twice smoked over beech and oak.Our Double-Smoked Scottish Salmon Fillets are succulent and full of flavour. They're traditionally kiln smoked over cherrywood, alder, birch, and oak, then hot smoked over beech and oak chips, resulting in moist, flaky, salmon with a rich, deep smoky flavour, that's ready to eat hot or cold. Delicious with a creamy potato salad.
