Cooking Instructions (General)

Oven cook (From Chilled)

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and retain parchment paper. Place en croutes on parchment paper onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven. For best results, lightly brush pastry with milk or beaten egg before baking. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooled. To cook in foil tray, ensure en croutes are not touching and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes (Time 30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
