Our No. 1 Lobster & Prawn Vol Au Vents are inspired by the classic French dish, lobster thermidor. The crisp, flakey pastry cases are filled with king prawns in a luxurious sauce made with cream, white wine, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and a dash of cognac. Each one is topped with a succulent piece of lobster. Delicious with a crisp, fresh white Burgundy. Cooking Instructions (General)
Check food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook (From Chilled)
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C. (10 mins),
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging. Place vol au vents onto a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C. (15 mins),
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging. Place vol au vents onto a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
Air Fry (From Chilled)
180°C / 6 mins.
Based on air fryer minimum capacity of 4L and per pack. Preheat air fryer. Remove all packaging. Place products in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to cook for the time shown. Stand for 2 minutes.
Air Fry (From Frozen)
180°C / 10 mins.
