Pan fry from frozen. MEDIUM HEAT. 10 minutes. Heat 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and place prawns in the pan. Cook for 10 minutes turning occasionally. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
