Our No. 1 Chicken Thigh Fillets with Savoury Jersey Butter are juicy and succulent, with the skin left on to go golden and crisp in the oven. The rich Jersey butter blended with chicken stock is added towards the end of cooking, melting over the meat to give extra depth of flavour. Delicious with creamy mash and shredded cabbage. Cooking Info

Oven cook (From Chilled)

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Set butter to one side. Place chicken into a roasting tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes then add butter to chicken and cook for further 5 minutes. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 35 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)

Chefs tip:…Sear in a pan before oven cook. Preheat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Add the chicken thighs skin side down. Cook for 5 minutes, turning every minute before transferring to roasting tray to oven cook.
