Oven ……Rare: 20 minutes per 500g + 20 minutes. Medium: 25 minutes per 500g + 25 minutes. Well Done: 30 minutes per 500g + 30 minutes. Preheat oven (180ºC / 160ºC (Fan) / Gas Mark 4). Place in a roasting tray in the centre of oven. Once cooked, allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the meat, the cooking instructions provided are a base guide. For thicker ribs, additional cooking time may be required.
