Smooth and creamy with subtle earthy notes and a nutty aroma. Fleur des Alpes melts beautifully and is often used in tartiflette, the traditional Alpine dish of sliced potatoes baked with cheese, cream and bacon, but it's equally delicious as it comes, with good crusty bread and cornichons.

Storage and Usage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 3 days. Do not exceed use by date.
Serving suggestion: To eat hot:
Remove the label and lid and unwrap the cheese. Place the cheese back into the wooden box base. Score the top with shallow cuts. In a pre-heated electric oven of 180°C, add the box in the centre and bake for 12-15 minutes until slightly soft.
Not suitable to heat in gas ovens.
