Pork Shoulder Joint:…Oven Cook. Preheat the oven. Remove all packaging. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Place in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Rest for 15 minutes before carving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 30 minutes per 500g + 30 minutes, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
