Fresh class A free range skinless turkey breast, with a pork, mixed dried fruit and rum stuffing, wrapped with dry cured smoked streaky bacon, topped with a candied orange slice, rosemary and bay leaves, with a sachet of honey and orange glaze and salted butter.

The succulent, boneless turkey breast has a delicious festive stuffing, jewelled with cranberries, for maximum wow factor when you carve it on Christmas Day. Oven cook

Preheat the oven. Remove outer packaging and film, place glaze sachet to one side, then place turkey in its tray onto a baking tray. Cover tray with foil and place in the centre of the preheated oven. ……During cooking: Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove foil, baste turkey with juices from the bottom of the tray. Return to the oven and cook uncovered for a further 15 minutes. Discard the herb garnish and baste turkey with juices from the bottom on the tray. Open the glaze sachet and pour the contents over the turkey. Return to the oven and cook uncovered for a further 15 minutes. End of cooking: Remove from the oven. Pierce the thickest part of the turkey with a skewer to check that there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. If more cooking is required return it to the oven, checking every 15 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven, cover the tray with foil and leave to rest for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove trussing bands and carve to serve. (Time 2 hours, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
