Storage and Usage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. This product has been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

To bake as sausagemeat block:…Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 minutes. To bake as stuffing balls:…Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Cut stuffing into 12 equal pieces. Roll into balls with slightly damp hands. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25 minutes. (Time 25-40 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
