Lancashire cheese made with raw cow's milk in England.Crumbly but creamy, with a yogurty tang. Our No. 1 Kirkham's Lancashire is made at the Kirkham family dairy in Lancashire, home of three generations of cheesemaking experience. It's made with raw milk from their own herd of Holstein Friesian cows, using traditional wind down presses. The cheeses are cloth bound and basted with butter for maturing. Delicious in a ploughman's with punchy piccalilli. Made with raw cow's milk. Strength 3
