Our No. 1 Lamb Rumps with Mint & Balsamic are a beautifully tender, succulent cut of lamb, hand finished with a herby mint crumb. They come with a rich Merlot jus for serving. Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Air fry 160C 25 mins Chilled. Preheat air fryer. Remove sleeve, film and sauce sachet and place the foil tray in the air fryer, turning halfway through cooking time. …During the last 5 mins of cooking add the contents of sauce sachet into a pan and heat over a medium heat on the hob for 5 minutes. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving and spoon red wine sauce over lamb rumps to serve. Do not reheat once cooled. If the foil tray does not fit in the air fryer drawer, refer to manufacturers handbook.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

For best results oven cook. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film and sauce sachet and place the foil tray in the centre of the oven. During the last 5 minutes of cooking add the contents of sauce sachet into a pan and heat over a medium heat on the hob for 5 minutes. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving and spoon red wine sauce over lamb rumps to serve. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
