A hand-stretched, wood-fired pizza with a fermented sourdough topped with salsa truffina sauce, mozzarella cheese, roasted mushrooms, mascarpone cheese and parsley.

A crisp, hand-stretched base with a 48 hour fermented sourdough, baked in a wood-fired oven, with a truffle béchamel sauce, chestnut mushrooms and truffle-infused portobello mushrooms, creamy mascarpone and fresh parsley. We make our pizzas with a 48 hour fermented sourdough for extra flavour. They're baked in the intense heat of a wood-fired oven, producing the crisp crust and open texture you find in Italian pizzerias. The topping combines a creamy béchamel sauce infused with a rich mushroom and truffle paste with slices of chestnut and portobello mushrooms which have been marinated in a natural truffle-flavour oil, and rich, creamy truffle-flavoured mascarpone.
