Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Instructions (General)

Instructions: Air fry 180C 40-45 mins Chilled. Preheat air fryer. Remove sleeve and film and place foil tray in the air fryer. Turn halfway through cooking time and baste with butter. Once cooked rest for 10mins in the tray before carving and spoon over the butter. Check food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film and place foil tray in the centre of oven. Turn the joint and baste 20-25 minutes before the end of cooking. …Once cooked rest for 10mins in the tray before carving and spoon over the butter. Check food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. For best results oven cook. (Time 50-55 mins, Oven: 200C, Fan: 180C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
