Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in a refrigerator. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Preheat barbecue. Remove outer packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. …Decant the contents of the pouch into the foil tray provided and cover with foil. Place the foil tray on to the barbecue. …Baste short ribs with cooking juices occasionally making sure to keep the barbecue lid closed throughout the re-heat. Remove the short rib from the tray discarding the cooking juices. Finish directly on the barbecue, add the chilli and garlic glaze to finish. Ensure products are piping hot and cooked thoroughly before serving. All appliances vary; this is a guide only.
