Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 1 hour 25 mins
Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and place the sachet to one side. Empty gammon with all its juices into an ovenproof dish, placing the gammon onto a wire rack, and cover with foil. Place into the oven for 1 hour 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, take off foil, and discard cooking juices. Pour the glaze over the meat and return to the oven uncovered for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the oven. For best results rest for at least 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the bones and carve the gammon. Serve.
Do not reheat once cooled.
