Located in the heart of the Soave Classico hills, Inama owns the area's most prized vineyard parcels, guaranteeing the quality of their signature wines for generations. The Inama family was instrumental in elevating Soave Classico's reputation by championing the volcanic soils of Monte Foscarino to produce wines that are richer, more concentrated, and defined by a striking minerality. From its long lees ageing, this wine develops a rich, honeyed palate of peach and almond, all perfectly balanced by a beautifully defined line of lemony acidity. This results in a wonderful mid-palate weight and a lasting finish. This complex yet fresh wine goes perfectly with roast chicken with lemon and herbs, or creamy seafood pasta and risotto dishes.
