Our No. 1 Starry Night Pork Pie is a deliciously Christmassy take on a classic pork pie. The traditional hot water crust pastry is filled with succulent outdoor bred pork and turkey, seasoned with herbs and spices, cranberry sauce and dried cranberries. It's finished with a cranberry and port jelly that perfectly complements the filling, and festive pastry stars. Great with salads and pickles for the Boxing Day buffet.
