Storage and Usage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Preparation. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. Take care when removing the elasticated bands as the product will be hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Oven cook (From Chilled)
Gas 7, 220°C, Fan 200°C, 1 hr - 1 hr 5 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet of salsa verde to one side. Place the salmon, skin side up, onto a foil lined baking tray in centre of oven. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, cover the top of the salmon with a loose strip of foil (allowing air flow). Return to the oven and cook for a further 38-42 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil strip and carefully remove the bands using scissors. Shake sachet before using. Cut corner of sachet and drizzle the salsa verde evenly over the salmon. Return to the oven and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
To serve: Using the marks from the bands as a guide, slice into 6 portions using a sharp serrated knife. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooled.
