Defrosted skin-on Scottish salmon fillet filled with cod, a king prawn and baby spinach stuffing and a sachet of salsa verde sauce.

Our No. 1 Stuffed Scottish Salmon with Cod, Prawns & Salsa Verde. is a playful take on the Italian dish porchetta - but with fish. Succulent salmon fillet is filled with a moreish cod and prawn stuffing with fried onion, capers, chilli, fennel and breadcrumbs, ready to roast in the oven for deliciously crispy skin. It comes with a zingy salsa verde to drizzle on top.

Oven cook

From Chilled

CHILLED:…Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet of salsa verde to one side. …Place the salmon, skin side up, onto a foil lined baking tray in centre of oven. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, cover the top of the salmon with a loose strip of foil (allowing air flow). Return to the oven and cook for a further 43-48 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil strip. and carefully remove the bands using scissors. …Shake sachet before using Cut corner of sachet and drizzle the salsa verde evenly over the salmon. …Return to the oven and cook for a further 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. To serve: Using the marks from the bands as a guide, slice into 8 portions using a sharp serrated knife. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 1hr 5 mins - 1hr 10 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark 7)
