Chefs Tip:…Before cooking in the oven. Preheat a large frying pan with approx. 10ml of oil …Place the sockeye fillet flesh side down and allow to brown for 2 minutes. Turn the sockeye over onto the skin side. Remove from heat and place skin side down onto foil and cook in the oven.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and wrap the fish in lightly oiled foil. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook for 18-20 minutes. (Time 18-20 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
