Defrosted skin-on boneless wild Alaskan sockeye salmon portion.Wild salmon has a very different flavour to the farmed kind due to a life of swimming free. Its extremely lean, so be careful not to overcook it. It enjoys a varied diet of wild seafood, which means its size, colour and texture vary too. This also gives the fish a deep, shellfish-like aroma, which youll notice when you first open the pack. These are all hallmarks of genuine wild salmon. …This product comes from a fishery that has been independently certified to the MSCs standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery. www.msc.org
